Sorry, gets a little annoying when people keep throwing around buzz words like “toxic” just as a means to discredit what people are saying, especially when nothing said was close to “toxic.”
There is actual toxicity in the game and constantly just using the term for effect continues to devalue said term and undermine any resemblance of a better game environment.

The reason people demand these things for pugs is because no one wants to progress on content again. They want to go in, kill it, and get out. Maybe look for a guild? Or a raiding community, or start your own group, or the numerous other things you could do.
I don’t see how it’s toxic, and yes I do have some grey parses. Why? I was learning both the raid and elemental shaman with his character.
Basically anyone in favor of Elitism is wrong.
And more often than not, before people like us even present an argument, they are first to be toxic with insults.
