I think you will be surprised. This toon was 30-something when I logged back in and it could solo anything pretty much less than new content. Throwing heroic strikes for 1million dps. It’s crazy.

Ok, so I know what’s going on:
I was able to solo that raid on a level 35 character. The boss had 1 million hp, and took a minute or two to kill, but I wasn’t in any danger of dying.
However, I went back to Org and activated Chromie Time, and got my teeth kicked in by a ~43,000 hp Fel Reaver. I might have been able to kill it if I hadn’t somehow aggro’d a bunch of other mobs that were 50 yards away, but w/e.
Anyway, the conclusion is: Chromie Time puts these zones in a (10-60) level bracket. Without it active, the zone showed as (10-30). So a level 35 character is considered high enough to qualify for the legacy damage done and reduced damage taken buff. It doesn’t even have to be Chromie Time for that specific expansion, since I swapped it around and those zones still showed as (10-60) until I picked the “return to the present timeline” option.
It could be that while you’re in the current BfA timeline, it simply considers your character to be high enough to qualify for the Legacy buff for that older content regardless of what level you actually are. Which might be what the OP was experiencing with one-shotting stuff in those dungeons.

Yea. I told him I would be on same exact name as this toon on his server enh sham. He never showed up so I basically wasted a few hours of my time.
You just go in to TBC content with no Chromie time travel and you can solo 100% of everything with ease. One shotting all npcs and in dungeons and raids in the zone. You walk thru anything and everything zero challenge. He shouldnt be on the forums calling people liars if he isnt even willing to step in game to see me show him the truth. Wouldnt be surprised if he muted this entire thread. He quit responding to all of us here.

There is no need because Im right and you’re wrong so there is nothing for me to prove. You are the only one who wants proof. I already know the answer, that yes it can be soloed by the new sham I created.

The same person you’re talking to disputed my experience as a new player in Dragon Flight in another thread. I don’t think that person is generally aware of what is taking place on the other side of the aisle.

Yea there’s no regular scheduled raids on early Monday morning. Probably needs some time off to franticly brainstorm how to get out of this deal you got yourself into.

Same.
I attempted to solo The Stockade on normal (with Heirlooms) NOT on Chromie Time, on a level 30.
Died on first group of NPCs just as fast.
So much for being able to one-shot dungeons at the lowest levels.
If they have any footage to prove that they are doing it, they are welcome to post it.
Until they do, it’s safe to assume that they were lying about the whole thing.

So I took my lvl 30 druid to RFC and the mobs were 29 elite. Mobs were on par with their level. Took my level 35 priest to RFC right after and the mobs were level 30 elite and 1 holy nova kills them all. First boss took 1 smite and 1 holy nova.
So I then fly the priest down to Razorfen Kraul and Razorfen Downs and same thing. Level 30 elites that die in 1 holy nova. Maybe level 35 is where some sort of legacy buff kicks in?
