Confused about possible censorship

I keep seeing videos on Blizzard requiring community managers to censor discussions in particular about spell batching.

PvP needs spell batching or the meta is tarnished

If you don’t know what spell batching is, it’s the way the game processed spells before WoD. Spells were processed every server tick instead of ASAP and it’s what let two Mages polymorph each other, two Rogues gouge each other, two Priests fear each other, and so on. I’m confused – that thread is still up, so clearly it’s not the subject matter. Is it people insulting one another or using inappropriate language? Because that’s always been against the rules.
