So, you can clear LFR, Normal or Heroic to be eligible for the heroic track gear, and the mythic track becomes available once you down a mythic boss.
My confusion lies in, do you only need to defeat one mythic boss to get the entire loot table upgraded to mythic track gear? Or, is it defeating the respectable boss in mythic to get ITS loot table (boss only) on mythic track?
So, you’d need to clear the entire mythic raid to get the entire mythic track loot?
It’s essentially bad luck protection for when you’ve killed a boss but been unlucky with loot. You still have to do the challenge, but can now be guaranteed the gear you wanted from that boss.
Except it isn’t bad luck protection for non-mythic because you can get hero pieces for doing LFR.
They are making the myth version behave differently AND have completely left out m+ (which needs far more bad luck protection than raid in the first place with the vault slots having far more items in the loot table and the vault being the only source of myth gear for m+ no matter how high a key you do).
It’s bad faith when people don’t post on main and you argue that an allegedly equal pillar with far worse mythic gearing options be completely shut out of a “bad luck protection” system.
The only people that think the glorified dungeon treadmill that is M+ is on the same level as Mythic raiding are Mythic + Players. PvPers have already accepted that they’re forgotten, and Delvers are just glad to be here.
You only had to ask, Its not like im a frequent poster and people know who I am.
I am sorry that you cant comprehend that the bad luck protection system is designed specifically for RAIDERS and the free gifts of hero track items isnt enough for your entitlement
