Cone of Cold not working properly. Doesn’t hit targets that are clearly in range.
I’m pretty sure Blizzard cannot crit, so Shatter not doing anything is kind of correct, no?
Cone of Cold does have some problems though. At the very least, it could use some quality of life improvement: for example, have a bit more vertical flexibility so that it can work on ramps.
Search WoWWiki or search “Mage spell blizzard wowwiki” on Google and you’ll see it clearly is affected by shatter. As a mage main for the last 16 years I can confirm it used to crit and numbers would be flying rapidly everywhere in aoe pulls. If you manage to find any TBC original mage videos more than 10 years old on youtube with trash pulls you’ll see clear evidence.
I thiught channeled and DoT spells didn’t crit until WotLK.
