Conduits, What are they for?

I was on the part where it says add the conduits to the Forge of Bonds but I accidentally deleted 2 of the conduits when trying to add them. Now I can’t complete the quest. I tried to abandon the quest and get it again but he doesn’t give the conduits to me.

EDIT: This is on my Priest on Sargeras. Posted with a character.

I have the same issue and I have yet to receive any actual advice. Was hoping that I would find some answers here.
I opened a ticket and the ticket told me to basically try and troubleshoot which I have already done logging in and out, reload UI… I tried everything.
