Conduits and Swapping Covenants

A very simple question in which I have no idea nor no answer, though it may be obvious to some.

Do conduits follow you to new covenants when you covenant swap?

I have played Necrolords but unfortunately I find, though very fun, it is very lack luster in regards to abilities.
If I switch to Venthyr or Kyrian, do my conduits also follow? Or am I re-farming them as I upgrade my renown.

You will keep your library of conduits, however your renown will reset to level 1 with the new covenant, so you’ll need to do the daily quests in order to catch back up with that.
