I think it should be disabled
one reason I think azerite sucked is because a lot of classes wanna stack a particular trait, and they ignore the other mechanically cool traits
disabling stacks should fix this, and it allows the devs to make each individual conduit piece more unique to itself, as it doesn’t need a +2/+3 version
