Conduit not dropping from WQ/Callings

Has anyone had Resilience of the Hunter drop? Ive had every other conduit drop from both WQ’s and Callings, but that one, for me, doesnt seem to exist at all.

Resilience of the Hunter (Endurance Conduit)

When Feign Death ends, you take 3.0% reduced damage for 8 sec.

Just got it yesterday, at 184, from, I believe, the epic callings bag. Seems to be rare, but it does exist.
