The Stay Chill achievement is impossible to get after 9.0 patch. The Conclave of Wind is supposed to have 90 energy max, but they were scaled to only having 10, they keep hitting max energy, thus indefinitely cast their ultimate ability, both making it difficult to jump to the other platforms, because they are disabled during ults, and making it impossible for Nezir to stack Wind Chill on the player. Please fix their energy, so this raid and achievement are completable. Currently you can jump at the end of the channel and hit a small window to get the gust of wind to go to other platforms, and down the boss (though that is quite buggy). But you are unable to obtain the Stay Chill achievement. That achievement and the following easy one from Al’ Akir are the only things left for me to finish Glory of the Cataclysm Raider.

Same! So this is actually the second thread I’ve seen on this subject in the past week, but whatever I’ll post here.

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. At lvl 50, I am somehow being decimated by Anshal’s Withering Winds ability and keep losing the (infrequent) Wind Chill stacks that I get once I move platforms.
