I think were all hoping a Classic + will be a thing. I’m sure many of us passionate classic enjoyers have lots of ideas so with that I’d like to share mine and encourage others to participate in a respectful manner. This post isn’t intended for arguments or trolling, so please leave that at the door.

TP= Amount of talent points to reach full potential of Talents.
So jumping right in, we’ll start with Enhancement: The goal would be to increase its damage to a degree, make it more consistent, increase its mana efficiency and keep with the flavor of classic. It was a very much last minute spec in Vanilla and it deserved a rework IMO.
0 Point Talents:
Primal Combat: 3 TP
Grants the Shaman the ability to wield two-handed Axes and Maces and increases damage with weapons damage by 15%.
Ancestral Wisdom: 5 TP
Increases maximum mana by 15% and allows the shaman to generate 10% of total mana back over 10 seconds after dealing melee damage.
5 Point Talents:
Totemic Protection: 2 TP
All totems now inherit 10% of the Shaman’s health pool, in addition Stoneclaw Totem is granted an additional 10% more HP.
Thundering Strikes: 3 TP
Improves your chance to get a critical strike and your chance to hit with your weapon attacks by 5%.
Improved Lightning Shield: 3 TP
Increases the damage of Lightning Shield by 15%, increases it maximum charges to 6, reduces it’s mana cost by 15% allows it to be cast on one friendly target.
10 Point Talents:
Greater Frost Shock: 3 TP
Reduces Frost Shock’s mana cost by 20% and in addition reduces the targets frost resistance by 40.
Whispering Winds: 1 TP
When Windfury Weapon is active threat is reduced by 35%.
Blessing of the Storm: 2 TP
Your auto attacks have a 15% chance to cause your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning to be free of cost and instant (5 Second internal cooldown).
15 Point Talents:
Frozen Strike: 1 TP
Imbue your main hand with ice and strike the target instantly dealing 75% weapon damage as Frost, if the enemy is afflicted with Frost Shock, Frozen Strike shatters the enemies defenses dealing a critical strike and increasing frost damage taken by 20% for 10 seconds. 8 second cooldown.
Flurry: 5 TP
Increases your attack speed by 50% for your next 5 swings after dealing a critical strike.
Vicious Winds: 2 TP
Gives Windfury a 35% chance to envelope the target in a cyclone, reducing the enemies attack speed by 15%, spell casting speed by 15% and reducing nature resistance by 45 for 5 seconds.
Stonefist Totem: 1 TP
Summons an earth totem with 25 health at the feet of the caster for 15 seconds that causes all party members melee attacks to cause an additional 10% damage as nature. 5 minute cooldown.

Elemental Ascendance: 3 TP
Increases the attack power of your Windfury Weapon by 30% and increases it’s proc chance by 5% and the damage of your Flametongue Weapon and Frostband Weapon by 100%.
Shamanistic Rage: 1 TP
Reduces all damage by 35% and causes each melee attack to regenerate 5% of overall mana and 1% of your parties for 15 seconds. Useable while stunned, silenced or incapacitated. 2 Minute Cooldown.
25 Point Talents:
Storm Corrosion: 2 TP
Your auto attacks deal an additional 10% damage as nature, fire or frost depending on your current weapon imbue and your Earth Shock, Frost Shock and Flame Shock damage is increased by 10% of your attack power.
Shamanistic Wisdom: 3 TP
Empowers the Shaman allowing 15% of its attack power to be converted to spell power.

The Shaman instantly attacks the target dealing 150% weapon damage, also causing the target take 20% more nature damage for 8 seconds. Storm Strike also recharges 5% of the Shaman’s overall mana. 8 Second cooldown.
Elemental Shaman Talents:
0 Point Talents:
Convection: 5 TP
Reduces the mana cost of your Shock, Lightning Shield and Earthen Shield, Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells by 15%.
Concussion: 5 TP
Increases the critical strike chance of your shock spells by 5%.
5 Point Talents:
Elemental Warding: 3 TP
Reduces damage taken from Fire, Frost and Nature effects by 10% and increases your resistances when struck by them for 6 seconds by 40.
Call of Flame: 2 TP
Increases the damage of your fire totems by 30%, the damage of your flameshock by 30% and reduces the threat of your fire totems by 100%.
Elemental Devastation : 2 TP
Your offensive spell critical strikes increase your chance to get a critical strike with melee attacks by 10% for 15 sec.
10 Point Talents:
Elemental Focus: 1 TP
Gives you a 50% chance to enter a Clearcasting state after critical striking with any Fire, Frost, or Nature damage spell. The Clearcasting state reduces the mana cost of your next damage spell by 100%.
Empowered Shocks: 3 TP
Reduces the cooldown of your Shock spells by 1 second and further decreases the mana cost by 15%.
Call of Thunder: 5 TP
Increases the critical strike chance and spell hit chance of your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells by an additional 5%.
Greater Lightning Shield: 1 TP
Lightning Shield no longer has charges, has a duration of 8 seconds and deals it’s damage every 2 seconds to all targets within 8 yards. (20 second cooldown).
15 Point Talents:
Empowered Fire Totems: 2 TP
Reduces the delay before your Fire Nova Totem activates by 4 seconds and increases the duration of Searing totem by 30 seconds.
Eye of the Storm: 3 TP
Gives you a 100% chance to gain the Focused Casting effect that lasts for 6 sec after being the victim of a melee or ranged critical strike. The Focused Casting effect prevents you from losing casting time when taking damage.
20 Point Talents:
Elemental Fury: 1 TP
Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Searing, Magma, and Fire Nova Totems and your Fire, Frost, and Nature spells by 100%.
Storms Reach: 1 TP
Increases the range of your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells by 10 yards and your Shock spells by 5 yards.
25 Point Talent:
Lightning Mastery: 5 TP
Reduces the cast time of your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells by 1 second, additionally Lightning Bolt invigorates the Shaman restoring 10% of total mana over 10 seconds.

Elemental Mastery: 1 TP
When activated gives your next Fire, Frost, or Nature damage spell a 100% critical strike chance and reduces the mana cost by 100% and for the next 15 seconds reduces the mana cost of all fire, frost and nature spells by 25%.
Master of the Elements: 1 TP
15% of the Shamans intellect is converted into spell power.

New Skills or Changed Skills:
Windfury Weapon: Reduced the extra attacks to 1 instead of 2, increased proc to 40% and increased attack power by 50%. (still thinking about this, it would be preferable that Windfury was more consistent, but still bursty and fun). Would look like this.

Imbue the Shaman’s weapon with wind. Each hit has a 40% chance of granting you 1 extra attack with 666 extra melee attack power. Lasts for 15 minutes.
New Skill Parry: Learned at level 10
*All weapon imbues now last 15 minutes
Ghostwolf: Now has 2 ranks, the first being a 1 second cast and the second being instant. Rank 1 is learned at level 20 Rank 2 is learned at level 30.
New Skill Bloodlust: Grants all party members 20% faster attack speed for 15 seconds. 1 hour cooldown (30% Base mana). Requires level 60.
New Skill Feral Spirit: Summons a spectral wolf who’s attacks heal the Shaman (healing would be based off highest stat… if resto or elemental Intellect, if Enhancement Strength or Agility). Requires level 40.
Totemic Projection: Moves your totem 25 yards, 10 second cooldown.
Totemic Recall: Recalls your totems restoring 25% of there mana cost back to the Shaman.
New Skill Purity Totem: Replaces Disease Cleansing and Poison Cleansing.
Flametongue Weapon: Now also increases spell hit chance 3%.
Flametongue Totem: Now increases spell hit chance by 3%.
