why not making [Concentrated Primal Focus] account wide same as Primal chaos. i literally have over 150 [Concentrated Primal Focus] and i have 0 on my alt and dont feel like farming all over again. Thnx.
I can’t think of a single argument against this.
You earned it; why is it so inconceivable to send it to an alt?
All of this kind of stuff should just be account bound in the first place. I wish they’d get rid of the stupid idea that everything is soulbound.
I imagine it’s because gearing up with Primal Chaos is pretty low level but primal infusion + is pretty high. For higher gear, you’re usually supposed to be gearing up on that character.
because part of gearing is playing the actual toon you want to gear. It’s always been this way.
Right now is fine, you can give your alts from primal chaos and give them a little boost to get their foot in the door.
No need to deck them out in 402s or whatever right off the bat.
I can’t imagine how someone with 37k achievement points is still confused on blizzard’s design philosophies…
Confused? Hardly.
Disagree with their design philosophy? Wholeheartedly.
I don’t think the gearing process itself needs to be made account-wide with regards to profession gear. This isn’t quite the same as covenant power in SL being gated. At some point the alt character needs to play the content. You’ll naturally be seeking other gear upgrades by running M+ at 11 or 16 and profession gear upgrades are meant to be supplemental to that.
I think them making it just primal chaos is nice. Glad they listened to that, and I can agree with the philosophy that it’s nice to gear on that character. The 392 you can make it a nice jump start but being able to craft 418 bis on a fresh 70 does seem overboard.
Or at least make regular primal focus account bound and make concentrated a diminishing trade rate like 2:1 conversion to our alts. at least they wouldn’t go to waste
