Hello! So I've been encountering this issue in the last two or three months, can't remember for sure. So, point is that my system shuts off at random times during the game and even sometimes when the Blizzard app is launching.
Tried uninstalling all add-ons, tried updating and downgrading drivers, lowering graphics and nothing seems to help. It's fair to mention that when the system shuts off it takes about a minute for me to turn back it on. Any ideas what could it be?
Hey, Quetzali! This could be a variety of issues such as overheating, power issues, drivers, etc. Could an HWMonitor screenshot and DxDiag files be provided?
- 1. Press Windows Key + R, type in DxDiag and press Enter.
2. In the window, click Save All Information.
3. Name the file and click Save.
4. Please copy and paste the DxDiag information in-between the code blocks (</> button).
It should look like this.
Most likely you're looking at a power supply issue with your computer. It hasn't failed completely, but it's headed down that path.

Sounds like it could also be an overheating problem too is it wont turn back on right away.
Open it up and clean all the dust out of it, mainly around the fans and heat sinks.
Once the CPU for example hits a certain temp. it will shut the computer down as a last ditch attempt to save itself.
