I miss playing aff/unholy scleave, pre-legion phdk, dk/boomy/x, dk/ele/x (when dk had purge it was really fun)/ebola cleave. how about you guys, what comps do you miss seeing/playing.

I miss MoP. I don’t care about comps, I miss when my spells were baseline and there wasn’t the garbage PvP talent tree

if mops theme wasnt pandas it would have been 200% best xpac hands down in every aspect of the game.

I miss playing Affliction L SD, Rdruid Turbo, Affliction HLD, and Hunter/Warrior/Druid. All of them used to be tier 1 comps but playing any of those right now is intentionally feeding.

Man, a comp that I felt tested healers was UHdk/feral back in WoD. Really should never lose to it but it was all up to your healer.

i don’t remember unh being popular with it at all in wild or warmongering, i fought frost ebola about half as often as frost wwdk or turbo though so it was guaranteed every session

Yeah frost was just so much easier to do do dmg w and they could still do decent pressure if they were getting kited I feel. Death Siphon+Howling Blast both hit substantially harder than anything frost has right now aside from Chill Streak I guess.

I only really played Primal season. I remember it being super popular in the like 2k-2.2k area. No clue what happened after that season though. I only played a couple weeks of Wild and Warmongering.
EDIT: Was just really fun for when I fought it because I thought it pressed me to plaay well, and the games were like at max 3 minutes in length.

think you’re makin a mistake referring to wod generally pmuch ever, then. that’d be like calling stampede and taste for blood 1shot and chaos wave and frost bomb “mop” staples instead of just malevolent
