Comprehensive Vanilla Patch Notes

Hello!

I took the liberty of compiling a PDF file containing patch notes from 1.1.0-1.12.2. Localization or region specific patches (not available worldwide) are included.

The file is ~6 MB in size. I’m not 100% sure the table of contents linked over correctly from Word (which I selected to link the table of contents by headings). Included are reported patch dates (per WoWWiki). Hopefully this will help for those wanting to search for specific changes in relation to verifying historical accuracy of WoW vanilla vs WoW Classic.

If there are any issues with the format, please let me know. The overall number of pages is 222 (including table of contents). If someone has done this already or has a better format, I apologize. I am unaware of anyone who has compiled all of the notes into a single document that is easily searchable, and I thought it could be useful to many of the testers.

Thank you for any feedback. If Google Drive is an inappropriate place to host the file, please direct me to the appropriate venue. Good luck to all testers and thank you for your efforts to create an accurate reproduction of WoW vanilla!

**Please note that I’ve posted this in the WoW Classic Beta Test Forum and the WoW Classic Discussion Forum. I wanted to create a post in both sections as some beta testers are unaware of the WoW Classic Beta Test Forum or they’re having difficulties posting.

Did you pay attention to where something changed then changed again, and removed the initial change? Its a long document so will take time to read.

For posterity, I included every line of text for each patch note available. I did not specifically highlight any changes, dates they were changed, and/or then changed again (either to a new form or to the original form). I had thought about going through and creating additional subsections or a new document for class specific changes or combat specific changes and linking the patch/date they correspond to, but that would take several hours and I have some other engagements to attend to at this time.
