This quest worked on my pally. I doesn’t work on my mage. It is not counting the crystals when I press them. this is frustrating me. I have reset the quest several times and I am sure what is going on.

Same. Tried all the above, no shot.
Still not working six days later. It took several attempts to get three but I’ve tried repeatedly to click the last void shard but it won’t complete.
If you havent resolved yet. You have to click the crystals then walk through the middle.
