As title says. Sent a ticket in about this. Gm Responded saying I need a coffer key to do bountiful delves (??? not sure what that has to do with zekvir) and then also said “The World Quest chest is not bugged” (not sure what that has to do with zekvir either ???)
So, missing cloak. Have achievement to show I did it. Loot room was 100% empty.
