Still can’t create Void Elves. Already did the Anduin quest as well. No response on ticket. Anyone have any idea?

It’s in other building west of castle. Ambassador hall.

Gotta do the recruitment quest chain. Go to the Stormwind Embassy.

If you have the starcursed voidstrider mount, you have void elves unlocked
