Completed the trading post, didn't get Ash'adar

I have 1900 coins and haven’t spent any, is that the cap? I opened the chest and no mount was inside, I’ve typed in “Ash’adar” into the mount search thing and nothing pops up, I have ground flying aquatic dragonriding collected not collected unuseable checked - nothing

Did you complete the 1000 travel points by doing the activities listed in the journal?

yes i completed all 1000 points and clciked on the chest at the end of that, no mount, 1900 coins
