Completed M+10 and didnt get achivement or portal

I have completed Tazavesh ++10 and didnt get the portal in my spellbook or the achivement for the Dungeon.

Did you complete both Tazavesh dungeons? The portal is tied to completing Streets and Gambit at +10 or above
