Same thing for me. Should have gotten 2nd charge today and only showing 1.
For what it’s worth here is how I completed the quest today:
On Druid did world boss and 1 +15 key and that got me to 45%
On Hunter - World boss
On Priest - World boss
On Warrior - World boss
Also worth noting I got back on Druid and turned quest in. I did not do any part of the quest line on alts last week, only did the full quest on Druid.

Same. I dont even have the quest to get another charge.
Can confirm was a visual bug for me. Even tho it was only showing 1 charge, I was able to upgrade 2 items. After I upgraded the 1st item, it still just showed 1 charge and after I upgraded 2 item it went to 0.
What is the quest this week called?

Same issue for me, just turned in the quest, only showing 1 charge just like before turning in the quest today, haven’t used any on any characters at all ever.

I was able to use both even tho it said I only had one.

For me it was just a UI bug , I could apply two charges even though it said I only had 1.
Same I only see 1 charge when I should have 2.
Same thing here. Main has completed the quest two weeks in a row, all my alts have only one charge =/
EDIT: Can confirm it is only a display bug.
It showed one charge. Upgraded my shoulders. Remained showing one charge. Upgraded my helm. STILL remained showing one charge. Tried my gloves and it said I had no more charges. (all without closing out of the UI)
Same issue. Just checked, not fixed yet. Not sure if it’s just a display issue though. Afraid to use it. Lol.

Seems a lot of people are mistaking the (1) value amount that it costs to transform an item as the amount of catalyst charges they believe they have on their account. However, if you’re unlucky like myself, I actually did not receive a catalyst charge after completing this weeks catalyst quest. I wasn’t able to convert a piece of gear to tier on my main after doing so. I submitted a ticket and they had me manually check at the Revival Catalyst Console on each of my characters. Each of them were met with the error message “Not enough Catalyst Charges” except for one character that I did not use use last weeks charge on, so there’s no way to tell if that character has one or two on it unless I used it - just going to let the developers investigate it.
Still havent received my 2nd charge from the catalyst AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY MOUNT from the trading post. I finished trading post on thursday and I finished the catalyst quest on Tuesday/Reset Day still only shows 1 charge.
Same, I was wondering this as well. I only had one charge to spend after doing the quest, but wondering if we’re gated somehow further if we didn’t spend the week 1 charge.
Still just one charge for me despite completing the Catalyst quest two weeks in a row. Would really like to be able to get my four piece (have two now), but not sure if using my “one” charge is going to bug anything - or if using it is the only way to un-bug the situation.
