Trying to finally open up the rest of my perks on the ship. Do these have to be done on the same difficulty? I have credit for 5 different islands, but on different difficulties and the 3rd tier with Alleria is still locked.
they can all be done on normal so i imagine different difficulties is fine. If you have relogged I would open a ticket or make a bug report since the achievement just says complete them.
If that is the character you are only showing one - these aren’t account wide.
I’ve done it on both normal and heroic. Difficulty doesnt matter. But if you have the achievement for completing an island on a different character it wont count for this one. They are character specific.

They have to be the same Character.
I know used to you could see who has what. You could also hover over the points part of the achievement and see which of your toons got the credit. Did they take that out or does ElvUI block it somehow?
It’s frustrating that achievements are “account wide” but they really aren’t.
I still see that on my characters and I don’t use addons, just turn them off and see if it changes.
