Compendium of Storm trinket goes against everything an rpg is about. I just got into a raid where this warlock had like 90 I lvl not even and because he had compendium of Storm was doing more dps than people like 20-25 I lvl above him.
Imagine starting an rpg and getting a near BIS instantly. This is so stupid. I have no clue why it’s even in the game. It makes I lvl meaningless. It’s so annoying to have put in work to get trinkets and gear when a simple AH bought I lvl 72 trinket is miles better than like all 72-110 I lvl trinkets. What’s the reason for it. Am I the only one that think this is ridiculous?
The expansion is over, that trinket will be a relic of the past in 3 weeks.

I just hate the idea of skill not being even a factor. It’s just like insta get a trinket and you are strong as hell. It should take time to get them… not straight away.
So stupid.
I thought for sure when I looked this trinket up I’d find that it’s a rare drop from a world boss or something. Nope; it’s a crafted trinket. So you saw how well this item performed (or assumed it was because of this item) and instead of buying one or leveling the profession to craft one, you complain about it? It’s selling for less than 4000 gold on your sever right now.

Ultimately it’s a couple weeks of prepatch. It doesn’t matter in the long run.
It’s not like it’s a trinket that you had to try and Warforge higher and higher each tier because literally nothing in the game could compete with it unless it had like 100+ ilvl on it.

You mean other than the bajillion other times in wow this was entirely possible?
Or do you mean in BFA where because of warforging and titanforging, BiS was often world quest trinkets that Titanforged?

He wasn’t beating them just because he had that trinket. Get real. A lot of people lost their corruption and then found out how bad they were.
