Hello I see some players that have companions helping them quest like in legion and I think bfa too but I can’t figure out how to make them follow me out into the world I really don’t even remember how we did it before wasn’t there a menu or something?
Thx
You mean the Necrolord abominations? Or possibly the calling where it automatically gives you a companion?
I don’t think bfa had companions.
Maybe you’re seeing the Necrolords? They can get abominations to follow them around the open world with their Stitching Table feature. Otherwise, they axed the world companion feature of the tables, that was just for Legion. Which is a shame, I rather enjoyed having one of my buddies along.
Ohh yeah, didn’t think about that
In legion you went to your mission table. Took a follower and placed them as a companion. Then in the world there was an extra action button to dismiss or summon them.
Yes this and I didn’t see the cov they belonged in I just know they had a fellow npc following them and it was a sham or monk so wasn’t a pet class I didn’t know maybe it’s just for necro that would suck could use some help doing pve in shadowlands lol thx for the help
Some of the covenant callings have a “trainee” that follows you in a zone until you complete 3 WQs. Maybe that’s what you’re seeing.
Yes and the more I look into it I can’t find any info about actually bringing them with you into sl when you want like legion
They didn’t implement that in SL.
