Companion App won't connect

There have been plenty of similar complaints regarding the companion app and T-Mobile in the past. Use the forum search function and search T Mobile. Here is one thread I recall.

Companion app not working

I have a Oneplus 7 Pro and the app is not working. Everything else works fine. I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times. Here is a video of what it’s doing.
