Let’s see if it’s ‘poor form’ to ask this same question as I did in an old thread. Basically, yesterday my companion app worked fine. Today though, I keep getting the message that there ‘are no characters found in the americas or oceanic’, so, I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, updated, etc. All I’m wondering is if this is happening with anyone else and if there are any other suggestions.
