This started about a week ago when it won’t show new emissary quests. I just checked and my horde toon shows none available, and I know that the emissary from yesterday isn’t complete yet.

I figured out a trick to make it work everytime after the 11am PST reset.
Once logged in click the upper left button and choose view your character. Then look at 3 pieces of armor or weapons.
Click upper left button to change character.
Last step, select the same character to login again.
I haven’t tested if it’s required to look at 3 items on my character or not, but this works, and I hope it helps someone else.
This is a weirdly odd fix. This whole expansion my emissaries don’t update until 24 hours later. Thought I’d give this a shot, and it did work.
