99% sure that there should be a quest available for completing brawls in the adventure guide or from the Vald NPC, but there is nothing available for pick up.
That being said, it’s a little disappointing that we’re once again having this come up during a time when a number of people are not going to have access to the game (this happened one of the previous times as well) and there’ll be server downtime for expansion launch.
