It seems as though when you queue as alli with a horde partner in the party, the NPCs are not loading into comp stomp.

No it isn’t fixed… did you read the issue. I have queued with a friend all morning, we were cross faction with no bots, then queued same faction alts and there were… to test it we swapped back to cross faction. No bots.
So far every game that has had a cross faction party has had no bots. It is not fixed.

You’re facing npcs. you’re going to win the brawl. anyway you look at it. If you want a challenge maybe queue against other real players.

It’s not fixed, I’m still queuing cross faction with no npcs. So stop insisting your experience is the same for everyone. Also, it’d be nice if you stopped insinuating people shouldn’t have an issue with bugs whether they’re beneficial or not. Just because it doesn’t change the point of an easier play mode doesn’t mean it’s intended, or that it doesn’t need to be fixed. Being a healthy part of a community in gaming is contributing to the correction of bugs like this, so no I’m not mad but it’d be irresponsible to not raise awareness because YOU and I have no idea whether or not this could break other parts of the game.
I’ll continue testing off and on all morning. It isn’t fixed, stop crying because people actually care about the state of the game while you just want to take advantage of it.

The point of this brawl is so that players have a place to earn Conquest currency to help in gearing players character. Whether that’s with a freshly new alt or a Main that isn’t maxed in gear. Blizzard designed it as an EASY win.
I’m sorry that you and your cross-faction friends can’t fight against npcs in this PVP brawl. However, Blizzard has designed PVE events such as Delves, Dungeons (normal, heroic, mythic), and Raids (normal, heroic, mythic) are available for you and your cross-faction friends to attack npcs.
As for you testing this ALL MORNING, dude it was only available for the past 2 hrs. If Blizzard was truly concerns about PVP battlegrounds they would have put a stop to the epic battleground queuing-sync / premade groups that have been happening for nearly a year. And let players enjoy epic battlegrounds as they were intended to for.
So for the rest of us who are enjoying the Brawl: Comp Stomp. Please if you’re not enjoying pvp brawl, join a pve delve.
You can try to justify you being lazy all you want, it isn’t working so it’s reported. If you really want to keep taking advantage of a broken part of the game stop responding as if you cared. Pretty simple concept but I guess… probably not for you.
The saddest part is you aren’t making any sense. Insinuating that “oh go play pve blah blah blah”… nah I’m getting honor for next season. I don’t care if it’s easy or not, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care if it’s broken or not. I care… you don’t, pretty much end of conversation. So go troll someone else’s thread.

But you’re also not gonna get very much honor per battle. I’m trying to farm honor, not be bored to tears.
The NPCs in Comp Stomp don’t give honor on kills. Every Comp Stomp victory yields the same identical base honor amount, plus whatever your queue bonus happened to be (faction cta 50% bonus, first victory of the day bonus, etc).
It’s still a valid bug regardless of all this conversation, though.
