yup. if they enabled it, you just hop in like any multipassager vehicle (green arrow as you mouseover the dragon) and you’ll turn into a whelp that flies along the dragon.
i’d probably ask ahead so the driver knows to expect you and not storm off without you.
i had to go back and pick up the tank one time because he got lost. or even if your flying is not good enough to get you from A to B without recovering vigor, you can ask t ride with someone.
