What is the official way to get in contact with a CM, because as they have said Customer Service has nothing to do with Hardcore, so it seems that CM’s are who we need to talk to, but I can’t seem to find an email or any other means to get into contact with a CM. Anyone know a way?

the forums i’m pretty sure…if it’s a technical issue, i’d go to those forums specifically, they usually do respond to those.
I have never seen a CM in the forum save for their own posts
