Purchase Piping hot orca milk from Tuukanit can not be completed if the character has not completed the quest “The cycle of the sea”, due to the NPC Tuukanit not being in the hut, but it is assigned as a task in community feast event regardless of quest completion. Making the event requirements unable to be completed at that point. ie “Community Feast” quest.
