Hardcore is naturally “fresh”, with all the people rerolling. When you see the occasional person at level 1 with fiery, they’ll blow though all their quests in 2 mins, and then they’ll be so far ahead you’ll never see them again, nullifying that reason to have another server. HC doesn’t need new servers, unless it’s another expansion or SF only.

From what I hear, the fresh hc server will be progressing to BC, and probably further.

they said tbc isnt coming to hardcore
Multiple sources/people have said that the fresh hardcore servers will be progressive.
They will progress in phases, but while Fresh Era PvP and PvE realms go to TBC, fresh Hardcore will stay at Naxx.
