I mean post history is a thing lol.
Of course. Like I said, Iām always willing to talk. Except with certain people (I assume you can figure out who those are lol). Cause they crossed a line.
But yea, that thread also isnāt good for my mental health lol. As I said in my first post there, I was in a 2 month depression slump where I never left my bed when I got the email about being on the CC. I pulled myself out to try to get things going, and then that thread happened.
ANd right now, Iām currently in the middle of switching anti-depressants (we assume the last one is what caused the slump), so Iām still not in a good state. So I do my best to avoid things that might trigger certain thoughts.
It is!! For both of us!!
I think you are missing my point.
Why do I have to talk to you, for you to then talk to blizzard?
Why doesnāt blizzard just read general?
And if they do read general, why have a cc?
what happens if the feedback is good but the cc member does not agree with it?
Yep, sure is!
But, you two literally havnt posted anything relevant to what is happening in 9.2ā¦ It would be pointless to talk to someone who cares more about a forum post about colors, then problems that need to be herd.
Exactly. I just replied to Debby that Iāll probably make a post about what she wants talked about in the future, because itās something I agree with. I just donāt want to flood the CC forum with posts by me right now. Lol.
I believe I said it in my intro post, but I have a TERRIBLE memory. So a lot of the time, if someone brings up something to me, it will remind me that I need to make a thread about it.
Like, I saw the thread in GD cause someone brought my attention to it about LFR, and I made the LFR post. Something I am very passionate about, but I simply forgot. (Though I would have remember next week when LFR unlocks lol).
Itās a different purpose. You read forums to get feedback on whatās there. With a focus group you get opinions on specific questions you want answered. You get various individuals giving you their personal opinions on things youāre thinking of doing before you get too far into doing it or similar. Again, I just really donāt know why they turned it into a whole open forum thing that gives the people on it a degree of public attention and appearance of added importance, great recipe for forum drama.
Seriouslyā¦ you two gloat around about being in the Council, but havnt even talked about good changes for the gameā¦ or what people talk to you aboutā¦ I applied for the council. i was sincere, honest, wanted to be herd for more then just meā¦ and i got rejected for someone who caresa about a pretty colored title and a pretty colored forum post
Uhā¦ thereās multiple 9.2 threads in the CC forum?
I canāt give raid feedback as I donāt do anything past LFR normally, and LFR isnāt available.
I gave my feedback on Solo Shuffle from a very casual pvpers point of view. ANd Iāve been actively updating thoughts on Zereth Mortis in the ZM thread.
ā¦what else is there?
Iām not sure if you understand the meaning of these words.
ā¦when have either of us gloated about it?
So, completely aside from everything elseā¦
Ouch. Like, for real, ouch.
Past disagreements all water under the bridge and stuff, had that been me? Iādāve started crying. I posted elsewhere how I feel for you there, and Iād like to say it again. Because Iāve been there, and if Blizzard sent me an email that amounted to āHi, we have chosen you to be a public face for change!! Whatever you post in the CC forums will make 80% of the playerbase hate you, no matter what it is!! Thanks for taking some of the anger directed at us and slapping that anger directly at youā? Iād probably just crawl up and hide.
You have more courage than me. Have some more hearts.
Itās highly irresponsible. It creates an in-group and an out-group. I think we often forget human beings are essentially just intelligent apes. We are highly tribal by nature. It paints an immediate target on anyone with yellow text because our ape brains go āOutsider, OUTSIDER, ANGRY!ā
As Iāve said, I find it important. Not you. I.
You might find other things important to address, like rated pvp, mythic raids, etc. that I donāt find important.
This is why thereās a wide variety of people on the council. Because I donāt find them important, but other people do, and they have people for that. But I also donāt say they arenāt important to anyone and belittle them, like you guys do in response to my pink thread.
You would think they would have learned from the MVP stuff lol.
Darkness is everyones friendā¦
i think the problem people have is they didnāt ask blizzard to create a council through which feedback is filtered
the problem they have is blizzard ignores feedback on ptr and other forums
I understand that you are trying to make āimportantā become a subjective matter, but the dictionary is clear about its meaning:
1 : marked by or indicative of significant worth or consequence : valuable in content or relationship. 2 : giving evidence of a feeling of self-importance. 3 obsolete : importunate, urgent.
