The elemental never shows up? Is there a solution for that?

Make sure you’re in the correct phase? That’s all I can think of.
Basically need to be in warmode, sat around for 45 min tried joining other groups to no avail. Turned on WM, went back joined a group and it was already going, got part 2 in 2 min
It wouldn’t appear in the shard I was in, so I joined a group in the custom group finder (warmode off) and got it almost immediately.

I got lucky. All 3 parts i just went there looted the parts immediately.
