Community Chat Broken

In the WoW Guild & Communities tab, you can select Add to Chat Window, then select General or another channel to add it to.
This will then show messages from that community channel in the selected channel and will give it a /x command (eg /6) so you can quickly select the channel to type into.

For some users, this will break and when they log in the chat will not be shown in the selected channel, and will not have a /x command, even though there’s still a tick next to the select channel under Add to Chat Window.
This has been occurring since the new Guild & Communities was first introduced.
It seems to happen when you log in after exiting the game completely, but does not necessarily happen every time, and may happen other times too.

Leaving the community and rejoining has fixed this for some users, but not all, and other users have only recently begun having this issue.

This needs to be fixed as a priority as it results in users believing they are viewing all messages from a channel, but are in fact not seeing anything.
For my guild this has meant that some people don’t see notifications that we’re forming up for raid or looking for more for dungeons etc.

This still occurs with no addons enabled, so is not an addon issue, and even occurred on a fresh install of WoW with no previous settings.
I’ve tried everything I can think of but the issue continues to occur.

Unfortunately this is better suited for the bug forums where the proper people can look at it theres not much else that can be said other then to post in bug forums.

This is still occuring and apparently has been problematic for quite some time. My old community was just fine, but when it was remade and and I joined the new one, I have had nothing but problems. I have just given up on a tab window with the community chat at the moment.
