Based on how many time it take to get kicked from a BG for being AFK you were probably AFK.
If you weren’t, then just ignore him because it take around 5-6min to get kicked so even if all of your team were reporting you it wouldn’t work.

You admit you afk in games, perhaps not in the one that ultimately got you banned, but you admitted to doing so somewhat regularly. I don’t see how you can have any self respect and try to justify you don’t deserve the ban?

If Trans-Blizzard actually supported ‘bullying’ (LULZ), threads like this wouldn’t exist because the OP (and xir’s ilk) would be WORD-OF-POWER’D back to Tumblr, Reddit, or LiveJournal – where xir belongs.
I mean people don’t want to play with players that are going to ninja loot gear plain and simple. Having a blacklist to warn you to not run with players who are going to steal items seems like a 100% reasonable thing imo.

You don’t have rights and Blizzard isn’t interested in going tit for tat about what akshully happened or not. GMs have more than enough to deal with flipping through endless numbers of reports, most of which are likely false flags, they don’t need extra work going through a full court press of appeals.
