Common Misconceptions About The Undead

I think Sylvanas has been explicitly cited as being incapable of feeling anything positive.

Which makes sense - she wasn’t just some random plague victim. She was a direct and personal victim of Arthas’ rage.

Nah. She loves her sisters. In the War Crimes novel, she tried to get Vereesa to go to her side and when Vereesa betrayed her, she got sad-mad and went on a wild hunt killing everything on her path and swearing never to love again.

Then on the Windrunner Sisters comic, she had planned to ambush and kill both her sisters and raise them as Undead but at the end she couldn’t do it because feelings.

I’ve never been a fan of the undead.

Historically, undead have always been monsterous, mindless creatures that cause nothing but havoc and destruction, and mindlessly kill anything that isn’t undead.

Or, they are depraved intelligent undead, that seem to have no morality, and not care about the suffering / deaths of others, as long as they get their own personal interests.

WoW’s Forsaken has not changed my perception on Undead, if anything it’s reinforced them.
