Recently I have decided to go for the Commander of Argus achievement. Unfortunately, for the past 4 days, I have not come across the last rare that I need. I was wondering if the rare “Umbraliss” is still in the World Quest rotation. I have checked the spawn each 4 hours as well. No luck.
I’m in the same boat with Captain Faruq.
