When trying to turn the camera after holding command key and clicking the trackpad to turn my character, it is acting as if I’m still holding the command key down. If I just press the command key again it will allow me to move my screen w/o me moving my character.
Previously it would only move my character and screen if I held the command key down and would only move camera when the key is not down.

Double check that something weird didn’t happen with your trackpad settings?
No trackpad setting changes/no sticky keys, tried to recreate outside of WoW and can’t replicate it
edit: also this issue doesn’t ever happen in classic wow (SoD)
This happens with me also but in addition to the command key I get this on my gaming mouse for left click, scroll button also. Game mode is off and I have had this issue persist across different brands of mice and keyboards.
