Gosh I can’t even begin to imagine how bad a timer would be for raid, lol. I don’t see that happening there is just no way.
They need to learn some self control and understand that at this point it’s kinda just a challenge and or a chance to get more gear if you STILL haven’t finished Sepulcher. Past that 10.0 intro questing will give you higher ilvl gear anyway so ya… self control

I think they need to ditch the loot and let it all be token based or justice points. Something that gives players control given the breadth of options.
That and so players aren’t mindlessly farming sylv for daggers, bows, and Old warriors soul. That just isn’t fun gameplay at all. Make the sylv bow a one time drop they can go and trade with the currency given it is a leggo after all.

Sanctum and CN were awful raids, but i’m willing to see what they have coming with affixes or w/e they choose to do.
Who knows, maybe it will be fun?

When you say “include” these old dungeons… you mean like, in addition to the current 8, right? Because god knows I will never do M+ again if it’s just those old ones + taz :S
If they’re just included in the pool so we have 16 dungeons to run, then awesome!

These are great ideas! I think there is a major opportunity to expand further on this thought process by implementing some of this technology to previous raids for Solo-content!
For example, if you are trying to get geared up for current in-game content you could go to the caverns of time, or previous raids in general and select the solo modulation raid! Let this be a way for alts, or solo players to experience the previous raids at somewhat of a difficulty, but use this to help gear them! Running these previous raids not only freshens up the season, but allows new players to go back in time to see what the raids were like, and benefit from doing that previous content! For players that are still around from the old days, this will be an amazing way to feel some nostalgia, and not feel like the past is lost! You can even allow the set pieces to work, or adjust them to current class statuses.
You could then have the Ilvl of this gear mirror a Mythic 0 Dungeon, that way you keep the integrity of M+ running and their respective ilvls, and raiding. However, you are allowing players a new way of gearing their alts or toons without needing to find groups constantly, or struggle to obtain gear with limited game time. This is creating new avenues for players to not only engage with the game, but to engage with the amazing quality of content that was brought to us in the past! You are giving the players that maybe shy or nervous to group up a chance to run things on their own to obtain gear and become more confident!
Personally I would love to be able to come home, and with the agenda in my head to run some old raids to experience it again, and help gear an alt that I want to work on!
Thank you Blizzard for these new updates, and I Hope this suggestion doesn’t get lost as I feel we are on the brink of some big things for the game that current, old, and new players can benefit from!

…no? Has nothing to do with self control, has to do with 10-20 different guild members who will want different bosses for different reasons.
Hunters will want Sanctum for chance at Legendary Bow.
Tanks will want Nathria for the great Trinkets.
DPS will want Sepulcher for higher ilvl tier.
Etc.
If they do it the way they’re describing, they are going to destroy guilds.

This is my preference too but I’ll run the M+ pool there is.
So go pug it like everyone else does if your Guild doesn’t want to do it.

I didn’t even realize Normal was that difficult this tier. I remember when Flex was renamed Normal and I always assumed it was doing its job. I’m sorry your team hasn’t really gotten that friends and family level of content, that sucks.
I wonder if they would even keep dom socket system for s4 if it only works in sanctum?
Also they just disabled the gems all together in 9.2 outside the maw zones so weird loot

The last issue with streets was the final boss, which they just nerfed. I think the dragon boss needs to tail whip the adds and kill them and Taz is where it needs to be.
