All pets do the same damage All pets are assigned to a specific pet family, this means you cannot change your pet spec anymore. Tenacity Pets offer 5% max health, and the Fortitude of the Bear ability. 20% max health for 10 seconds, on a 2-minute cooldown. Ferocity Pets offer 10% Leech, and Bloodlust. Cunning Pets offer 8% movement speed, and Master’s Call, which breaks all slows, snares, and roots on a friendly target. 45-second cooldown. Best Pet For Each Spec BM prefers Tenacity, since the Leech from Ferocity mostly heals the pet rather than the Hunter. It’s even better to use a Spirit Beast, as it also brings Spirit Mend which is a small friendly target heal. If survivability doesn’t matter, use any Aqiri pet for movement speed. These pets have +30% movement speed and target-swap faster. SV uses Ferocity for the passive self-sustain, but if you are struggling to survive difficult periods or oneshots, swap to Tenacity. If survivability doesn’t matter, use any Cunning pet for the movement speed. MM doesn’t use a pet most of the time. You would only use a pet if you need any of the pet spec effects below for something very specific, even though it is a DPS loss. BM can also use Animal Companion which lets you have two pets. The second pet is purely cosmetic . To customize it, change the pet you want to the first Stables slot . Not your Call Pet slot. Browse cool pets on Petopia : https://wow-petopia.com/

Wrong. When in doubt, spirit beast. Clefthoofs are only decent when you need the extra survivability, which outside of solo content is basically never needed.
