I’m in MD, it’s been doing it for the last few days.
Did a full cvar reset with no addons enabled, it’s not an addon.
It’s a hop in Jersey dropping packets, which is weird af since it’s then going to somewhere in VA. Near as I understand it, it’s ultimately going to Chicago. My best guess is some dipstick messed with routing tables, but I haven’t been in that game for a while so I can’t say conclusively.
It’s very intermittent, it’s not local and it’s not on Blizzards end.
Edit: I take it back, I might have misdiagnosed.

That’s probably formatted like garbage and I don’t know how to get it to format in unicode on here, but the Ashburn hop is a shared link for both of us, and it’s getting intermittent total ploss. It’ll drop constantly for a while, then pop in, stay in, drop out for a few, stay up for a while, then drop out again, it’s not a constant drop rate. They’ve got a backbone issue. I’m not going to bother calling comcast about it, they’ll give me a run around. IDK what the solution is, they need to fix their hardware.
I’ve been out of this game for over 15 years, but the issue is definitely @ be-3311-pe11.ashburn.va.ibone.comcast.net and that’s definitely comcast backbone, not anyone at either end. Been sitting here watching it and it’ll just crap the bed for minutes at a time, if I were to guess I’d say they got a timing oscillator overheating, but that’s a shot in the dark.
