Hello,
I started experiencing intermittent lag. For 2-3 seconds, sometimes as much as 10 seconds, everything would freeze and then catch up a few seconds later. Below is a MTR test I ran while having the problems last night around 11pm EST, I can see the two nodes with almost 25% packet loss, I just don’t know what to do about them. I’ve been experiencing this for month, any thoughts or help greatly appreciated?
Thank you!

Your first isp hop has packet loss and latency spikes of just under 4 seconds. Whatever this is starts when your connection hits the isp. Call you isp.
How did you get 4 seconds and what do you ask the isp to do?
The worst column has 3899, then 3907 for the latency on the second and third hops. Those are measured in milliseconds, so by moving the decimal they are 3.899 and 3.907 seconds.
You call your isp and say that you have latency and packet loss and that they need to send a tech to fix it.
So the problem is likely with one of the wires or coax cables?
