Does anyone know how to spawn Corrupted Watcher? Been killing Voidwarped Watcher for over 10 hours today in Neferset City and no luck. Does he only spawn during certain time of the day?

Blizzard should be ashamed of themselves, been farming them for 2 hours today and could not get one to spawn
Was farming others at the same time in the general area

After farming 2 hours… no luck
Blizzard needs to up the spawn rate!
So my friends and I just got a corrupted neferset guard to spawn then interrupted by restarts when we got back it was gone
Talk about bad achievement
Seriously Blizz devs need to try farming for 2 hours only for it to spawn 10 seconds before server restarts and see how it feels
Been working on this Achievement for 3 hours and nothing whatsoever. The Corrupted Neferset Guard must be an extremely low spawn rate. Not fun at all
