Today Collector’s Bounty comes to an End. How did you Fair?

I got literally almost every mount I was after…

  • Antoran Charhound
    Mimiron’s Head (No Drop)
    Midnight (No Drop)

Got ashes and zulian, the only 2 I wanted. The rest I couldn’t care.

This little piggy rec’d zero. I had most from previous years, I’ll admit, but still missing vengeance, marrowfang and one of Taz’s gear glider…all 3 eluded me despite completion each lock out on 40 toons.

Learn the definition of the word scam friend. For something to be a “Scam” you have to be “tricked into losing something getting nothing in return”. You want to call the event a lie? Sure. But scam? no.

Played since 2005. Got almost every mount I have been after for years. Sorry RNG dislikes you so.

I got Invincible, Midnight, Rivendare’s deathcharger, Swift Zulian Panther, Onyxian Drake, and the Armored Razzashi Raptor. I only tried for 2 others: about 40 tries for the blue drake, and one singular try for the Blazing drake.

In an alternate universe I’d probably be mad that I didn’t get anything from SL to drop, but in this universe I’m satisfied with what I got. Not to mention all the transmog! But that’s mostly because a lot of these places I haven’t run since before TWW launched. :dracthyr_crylaugh:

So there were only 12 mounts I didn’t have (SL and earlier):

  • Sharkbait from Freehold: got in <20 attempts
  • The King’s Rest mount: probably 25? attempts
  • Underrot: got in 20-25 attempts
  • Tidestorm from Mythic Jaina: got in ~30 attempts
  • Living Infernal Core from Nighthold: 35-40 attempts
  • Marrowfang: ~10 attempts
  • Antoran Charhound: got in ~140 attempts
  • Sanctum Gloomcharger: got in ~35 attempts
  • Char’zul from Mythic Antorus: got in ~12 attempts
  • Vegeance from Mythic Sylvanas: got in ~25-30 attempts. Happy about this. That fight is annoying
  • Jailer mount: did not get. Hate this fight. Plus the “skip” you get still has you do 5 of the bosses total (including Jailer). I really wish you could skip Rygalon and the Lords of Dread, both of which you can die to if you’re not careful. And Anduin weirdly has >100M health. I’ll come back Midnight+ for this one;
  • Mythic N’Zoth. Too few characters with Visions unlocked and it took me to the last week to unlock the skip. Otherwise this raid is a long slog.

So 10/12 is pretty good. If I could make one change it would be to have gotten the Jailer mount.

Well, I already had Invincible and the White Hawkstrider before the event, so I mainly just used it for mog farming mostly Cata and earlier stuff. Everything that dropped was just extra gravy (on that note: 11 mounts overall)

When it started I had all the mounts from every dungeon before Shadowlands, and from every raid before BFA.

I gained:

Glacial Tidestorm
Cartel Gearglider
Sanctum Gloomcharger (literally 30 minutes ago)

I still don’t have

Vengeance’s Reins
Nyalotha All-Seer (tbf, I couldn’t be bothered to do Nya’lotha)
Zereth Overseer
GMOD

For Invincible, Ashes, Handmaiden, and Midnight.

Literally the only ones I actually farmed for.

Was a good event.

Oh and I got the broker surfboard as a bonus goal

Got what I wanted re: mounts (last one was the Deathcharger’s Reins through TW), but one thing I am very happy to have gotten is The Black Hand (2h) mace for transmogging.

I started late and only focused on a few, but among those I got:

  • Glacial Tidestorm
  • Sanctum Gloomcharger
  • Rivendare’s Deathcharger
  • Life-Binder’s Handmaiden
  • Blazing Drake (and thus the emerald drake from the achievement)
  • Experiment 12B

The only two mounts I tried for but failed to see drop were Vengeance and the Cartel Master’s Gearglider. A little disappointed in those considering the number of attempts but grateful for what I did get.

I got a few… but I only cared about Invincible… and I got it, so I’m good :slight_smile:
