Can’t access Collections tab on armory page. When I try to view my pets or mounts under the collections tab on any character I get an Internal Server Error 500 message. This is happening regardless of character viewed, device or browser used, or location. I have tried using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari on all devices. I have tried this on my Windows gaming desktop, iMac, MacBook Pro, iPhone, and iPad. All devices are running the latest OS. Additionally, this issue occurs regardless if I’m at home, at work, a friend’s house, or even using my mobile data. At this point, it is an issue somewhere in the backend of my account or Blizzard’s servers that I have no control over. I see that people were reporting this issue back in 2022 which shows evidence that isn’t not my account either. It’s a bug in Blizzard’s backend and now we are a day away from 2025 and this issue still remains? Why does it take 3 years to fix a website database bug?
