Im looking for a mod to track Cold Heart stacks a bit easier, I’ve been trying to configure Tell Me When but can’t seem to get it to work right. Thanks in advance!
Get weak aura, there are multiple presets available for download as well so you don’t have to configure too much, just gotta google

Weak Aura can put an icon on screen. Or I also use an audio of a beating heart at the end of pillar of frost warning me to use mine. You can get the addon at curseforge.
