Hello everyone. What do you guys think is better between these two talents for obliteration build? I know Cold Heart is a stronger burst at a cost of one rune and GCD while Inexorable is basically free damage. Will the extra GCD and rune make cold heart less efficient?
I’d say for obliteration IA.
Cold heart loses value as you have to sacrifice a gcd at the end of your oblit window.
Best to just sim the two in your build to be sure.

alright thanks. Yea am wondering what the opportunity cost of a GCD and Rune from cold heart is compared IA which is passive but half the damage of Cold Heart.
Proliferating Chill works well with Cold Heart talent however, tho for 2 targets.
