Think it would be better on AOE if Frostbolt was replaced by Ice lance? Or ice lance was just added to talent? Not having any (even weaker) alternative to glacial spike kinda sucks
Fractured frost would also need changes though, cause frostbolt now deals zero damage and only exists to proc stuff. Maybe make flurry cleave instead
